We work with kiwifruit, grape, and apple growers and pack houses.
We Provide Skilled, Experienced and Reliable Workers to Kiwifruit, Grape and Apple Growers Across Hawke’s Bay and Bay of Plenty.
Vine Grow started in 2018 in response to a shortage of quality labour in the kiwifruit sector. We saw the opportunity to provide a more reliable and productive labour force to kiwifruit growers and have sought to fulfil that need.
We began Vine Grow with just 5 workers and have since expanded across Hawke’s Bay and Bay of Plenty, providing work for more than 100 workers.
Vine Grow is now well established in the Horticulture industry, supplying labour to the majority of kiwifruit growers in Hawke’s Bay. We work with both small operators as well as some of Hawke’s Bay’s biggest apple growing companies.

Our Team
